Rim question OEM 13" vs OEM 14"

Hello!

I have the OEM 13" rims from my 91 Corolla Wagon, but I've been using 14" rims that someone lent me but I have to return now. I'm between:

A: buying new tires for the 13" rims I already own, (cheapest option) They are the silver looking OEM rims with these center caps \/



B: getting OEM 14" rims with hubcaps, \/



C: the pretty 98-00 Corolla 14" rims. I'll attach a picture of the 98-00 rims I'm talking...
